Assessment Framework:
The assessment of a student during the course will be based on the following methods:

Continuous Assessment
This is a progressive assessment of a student by the teaching staff. It results from assessments of both individual exercises, assignments, case studies and/or progress tests set at various stages of acourse, and from formal observation of performance in projects and classroom work.
Assignments are assessed on appropriate criteria such as:
  • Analytica skills such fact finding, comprehension, penetration, judgement;
  • Communication skills in interviewing, presentation and report writing;
  • Technical knowledge of syllabus topics
  • Ability to apply methodologies, techniques and the understanding of general management

a) Project
The project provides a deeper appreciation and understanding of programming and web publishing
b) Assignments

Duration of 4 weeks (depends on individual subjects) is allowed for students to finish their assignments. These make up 50% of the coursework total.
c) Progress Tests

For most of the modules of the course, there will be one progress test for each module. Duration of each progress test is 2 hours followed by the review of test questions.
